London Children’s Ballet is seeking an inspiring, commercially-minded Executive Director to lead our £500k-turnover arts charity in a co-leadership model with our Artistic Directors.

In this pivotal 4-day-a-week role based out of our office and studios in Battersea, you will maintain overall financial oversight (working in conjunction with our Finance Manager), champion seamless communication with our Board of Trustees, and manage vital relationships with our seasonal freelance creative teams.
