LCB2 Touring Companies

Each year, London Children's Ballet selects up to 60 young gifted dancers (aged 9-16) from our auditions to form our three LCB2 Touring Companies. These Companies travel to venues across London and the South East to bring an adapted version of the current LCB ballet to those who physically unable to attend the theatre performance.

Our dancers visit Special Educational Needs schools, nursing homes, hospices and hospitals across London and the South East bringing our beautiful adapted ballets alive in a wide variety of venues. After each performance, the dancers meet the audiences, answering questions and demonstrating ballet steps.

In 2010, the LCB2 Tour visited 30 venues, bringing our adapted versions of Snow White and Ballet Shoes to hundreds of seriously ill and disabled children and elderly people.
